Our grwoing MSP is looking recruit and additon Senior Escalations Engineer with 2 years 3rd Line Support . To work across their varied client base providing support to the Service Desk team.

The candidate will have experience as Escaltions Engineer or 2 years experience working within 3rd Line support ideally with in an MSP enviroment . Primary supporting Microsoft technologies

  • Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace deployments (Email, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Security)
  • Maintaining & troubleshooting typical Windows server roles (Active Directory, Hyper-V, DHCP, DNS, DFSR, SQL, IIS)
  • Maintaining & troubleshooting Backup/Replication environments
  • Maintaining & troubleshooting (L2/L3) network infrastructure
  • Windows client OS rollouts and upgrades
